Legal Note to Owners: It is a requirement I carry out a 1hr consultation to ensure animals health & questionnaire are in keeping with veterinary records and standards.  If we are unsure animal is 100% I may request animal is taken to the vet for consultation at least 5 days prior to owners departure and this should give time, before owner away, to address health issues if flagged by veterinarian.   All animals must be microchipped and have had treatment for fleas, lungworm, tapeworm, ticks, etc  & have had a health assessment with a Veterinary Surgeon within 6 months, and according to life stage ~ geriatric/puppy/kitten/bunny and health condition.

If not vaccinated a disclaimer must be signed. I care for your animal as if my own and would expect this level of professionalism from she/he who I entrust to be their guardian.
